Version 2.2.2 fixes the piano and other things

I just uploaded the latest release of Ace of Rope, just in time for 2021! Version 2.2.2 mainly fixes issues that have been discovered by various testers, with the addition of a new feature shown in the cover image.

Here is the changelog:

- Add OST (check the piano at the saloon, added another piano near the end)
- Add credit attribution of the record scratch sound (only used once before the dance battle)
- Add info about the ponies in credits
- Add visual effect on checkpoints to make them more obvious
- Fix constant slow-motion bug
- Fix avoiding all projectiles by sticking to the upper-right corner in third boss
- Remove unused settings texture from jam version
