Web version 0.4 is here, and it's smol

Greetings, fellow MPs!

Today I release upon you Uproar version 0.4, a very minor version.

For web players, the game is 73% of its previous size, yet the entire chapter is preserved. Thanks mostly to a new engine version and compiling it from source. This saves an entire floppy's worth of your download size, and this taught me how to compile Godot. And the game probably takes less RAM and is more secure. Cool!

For Android players, I will update eventually, but I still don't know when precisely. Is it really worth compiling from source when I have to wrestle against the Android SDK? And didn't I rant about the Play Store a few months ago? You can play the web version on your phone if you really need to.

Changelog

- Reset temperature on story restart
- Add label on menu button
- Fix old character name & wrong tense in translation
- Don't spawn bullets when board is paused
- Tweak music
- Fix buttons screaming at you when you play with them
- Pitch button sound in a fun way
- Convert most audio to 8 bits
- Other optimizations, big and small

And on that, see you in the next one!

Android version is now on the Play Store! Though I gave up bundling it with the custom compiled version so it's from Godot 3.5, but it runs fine on my phone at least.
