New version with keyboard-only support

Howdy, internauts!

The game has another mode of input, kind of. I forgot about the potion button (which you can use in the pause menu) but apart from that, Super Note Adventure can now be played without a precise pointer like a mouse!

Other changes :

• Super Note now has 1 Defense instead of 0, should make everything a bit easier
• Elek & Trik don't steal your coins anymore
• Cutscene is a tiny bit faster after you die in the fight
• Hand-thrown note bullets are faster
