New version with keyboard-only support

Howdy, internauts!
The game has another mode of input, kind of. I forgot about the potion button (which you can use in the pause menu) but apart from that, Super Note Adventure can now be played without a precise pointer like a mouse!
Other changes :
- Super Note now has 1 Defense instead of 0, should make everything a bit easier
- Elek & Trik don't steal your coins anymore
- Cutscene is a tiny bit faster after you die in the fight
- Hand-thrown note bullets are faster
